Ben is AMAZING! Let's start off with his ability to squeeze me in while working on a big project. I was totally grateful as I had a pipe leaking that needed to be tended to. He was able to get right to the pipe and repair it immediately! Also took a look at another section which I thought may have been leaking and found that it was water seeping from my shower door which he will be coming back to mitigate that issue with some calking when his schedule permits. We also discussed some additional work that we will be planning out as soon as his schedule opens up!!! Trust me me when I say, you will not regret hiring Ben and Heritage Plumbing. Customer Service, local & family owned and competitive pricing they are hands down the best in town! I am SO grateful to have found Ben and Heritage Plumbing...I now have a plumber for life!!!! After Ben installed a tankless water heater for my church's baptistry (and did a fantastic job doing so), I knew he was the one to call when our kitchen sink started backing up. He was quick to figure out the source of the clog, to get it removed, and to get our sink draining properly again! He even answered questions I was asking as he worked, and he put everything back under the sink in a very orderly manner! I so appreciate his professionalism and going above and beyond! I find his friendly and punctual manner to be top notch and the price was right, too! Heritage is hands down the BEST plumbing service in the area!
Several months back, Ben fixed a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. At that time he suggested replacing all the old PVC with new PEX piping. We recently had him do just that-replace all the lines in our mobile home. We also had him remove the tub/shower enclosure in our main bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. The project turned out great. We have no more worries about worn out pipes. And we are thrilled with the new shower. Bens attention to detail and quality were evident throughout the job. He was more than fair in his estimate and even made adjustments in our favor when he found savings in materials. AWESOME JOB. AWESOME COMPANY! We will not look anywhere else for our plumbing needs in the future.
